Free Flow Construction, Inc., was founded to service the growing need for backflow preventer installation, maintenance and certification in the South Florida area.

South Florida's explosive growth and development has caused a surge in demand for public water usage. Concurrently, demand for water conservation and public safety has prompted policy makers to enact recent changes in Florida's water provision laws.

New state legislation stipulates mandatory backflow installation with all new construction, and also requires initial and annual certification.
